3. Hosting

This website is hosted by the following provider:
ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich
Hauptstraße 68
02742 Friedersdorf, Germany

The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host’s servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, website access data and other data generated via a website.

The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling our contracts with prospective and existing customers (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online services by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host.

4. Server Log Files

The host automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the security of our website. The log files are stored only for a limited period and then deleted.

5. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send via the contact form, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar and the lock symbol in your browser.

6. Contact Form and Enquiries by Email or Phone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, your enquiry including the contact details you provide will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), where this has been requested.

The data you send us will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

7. Your Rights

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain, free of charge, information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the processing (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can withdraw consent you have already given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR). The lawfulness of the processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected.

For this and other questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time: info@evoplan.net

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

Where data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation. If you object, we will no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The authority responsible for us is:
